• Personal Identification Information: Full Name, Email Address, Mobile Phone Number, Residential/Office Address, Date of Birth, and Government ID numbers (such as PAN, Aadhaar for verification).
• Financial & Credit Information: Applicant income details, employment status, loan requirement details, and credit score evaluations (CIBIL/CRIF scores) processed via authorized financial partner APIs.
• Payout & Bank Account Details: Bank account numbers, IFSC code, and UPI IDs of Direct Sales Associates (DSAs) required to disburse commission payouts and wallet settlements.
• Account & Technical Data: Account login credentials (Username, Password), device logs, app activity, and unique device identifiers used for security and session management.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information for specific and lawful business purposes, including:

• Facilitating loan lead referrals and evaluations with RBI-registered Banks and Non-Banking Financial Companies (NBFCs).
• Verifying user identity and credit eligibility to prevent fraud and financial crime.
• Processing commission wallet payouts and settlement transfers to associates.
• Providing customer support and communicating service updates or application statuses.
• Complying with applicable laws, statutory requirements, and regulatory standards under Indian financial guidelines.

3. Disclosure & Sharing of Information

We strictly do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third-party advertisers. We only share information in the following circumstances:

• RBI-Regulated Partner Banks & NBFCs: Lead details and loan application documents are shared solely with authorized Banks and NBFCs for credit evaluation and loan sanctioning.
• Credit Bureaus & Verification APIs: Information required to check credit eligibility via authorized credit bureaus (e.g., CIBIL, CRIF High Mark).
• Legal & Regulatory Compliance: When required by law, government authorities, law enforcement, or statutory bodies under applicable Indian legislation.

4. Data Security & Storage

We prioritize the security of your data. All sensitive communications and data transmissions between the application and servers are encrypted using standard SSL/TLS protocol (HTTPS). Access to user data is restricted to authorized personnel who require it for operational purposes.
